Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped from HomeoPet Australia using Australia Post. We do our best to ensure all orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless goods are temporarily out of stock in which case we will endeavour to contact you to notify of the delay. We cannot guarantee that all orders will be sent out within 24 hours but do our best to ensure they are shipped promptly.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via within 1 working day; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
